Documentation Interface overview

Interface overview

On desktop the IDE has three resizable columns, plus a command palette you can open from anywhere. On mobile, a bottom navigation bar switches between the panels.

Left sidebar

The project switcher sits at the top. Use it to search and sort projects, star or archive them, and create new ones with "+". Below it is the list of workspaces for the current project. Right-click a workspace (or use its "…" button) to rename, duplicate, merge, compare, create a PR, or set its status. Settings and sign-out are at the bottom. Press Cmd/Ctrl + B to toggle the sidebar.

Center panel

This panel holds tabs. The default ones are Claude Code (the agent) and CloudCode AI (chat). Files you open from the explorer appear here in the CodeMirror editor. The "+" menu adds more tabs, including Project Dashboard (Overview, Deploy, Settings, Env Vars, Activity), Observability, Workflows, Guardrails, Agent Memory, Auto-Work, and External Streams.

Right panel

The Preview, Files, GitHub and PRs tabs live here. The terminal sits underneath them and is only shown on desktop. Press Cmd/Ctrl + 1 for Preview or Cmd/Ctrl + 2 for Files.

Command palette

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K anywhere to open the palette. From it you can open new tabs, switch projects, jump to a file by name, toggle the sidebar or focus mode, open a settings section, or list the keyboard shortcuts.
