Documentation Live preview

Live preview

The live preview embeds your most recent successful Vercel deployment in the Preview tab. It shows exactly the files that were deployed. CloudCode doesn't run a build, so you see whatever the deployed static files (or Node.js entry) actually do.

1
Deploy
Click Deploy in the preview toolbar, or deploy from Project Dashboard → Deploy. CloudCode waits up to about five minutes for Vercel to build and finish.
2
Switch to Live
Click "Live" next to "Dev" at the top of the Preview tab. A dot appears on the button once a deployment exists. Deploying from the preview toolbar switches to Live automatically.
3
Redeploy to see changes
Live preview doesn't hot-reload. After you or the agent change files, deploy again and then use the refresh button. Use the open-in-new-tab button to visit the deployment directly.
Note
Deployments can be embedded because CloudCode writes its own vercel.json with Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors *. It replaces any vercel.json in your project.
